Also, if you have 2nd or 3rd papers, you need to proceed the payment for them.

Refund of payment in case of registration cancellation is:
Cancellation before July 31, 2012: 20% of payment is charged for the penalty.
Cancellation before August 31, 2012: 70% of payment is charged for the penalty.
Cancellation after September 1st, 2012 will not be proceeded and not be refunded.
